Our Team
Our team brings together a passionate group of women who know how healing getting out into nature and talking about the big stuff can be. We bring together a rich mix of experience so you are in safe hands. We also have all had our own journeys of walking through difficulty and are looking forward to walking with you on your journey.

and it stuck and has become her walking name.
Ash (Lindy) Edwards
When my life fell into hole – divorce & career – I headed off to Spain to walk the 800km of the Camino. The walking helped me make my way through the grief. Walking with my ‘Camino family’ who were also navigating big life transitions healed my heart. I came home more centred and whole than I had ever been.
After arriving back in Canberra I still had to face two years of rebuilding life, and zipping back to Spain on a regular basis wasn’t really an option.
Wellbeing Walks aims to offer others what I needed during that time.
I have 16 years as a small group facilitator and adult educator, 30 years experience organising outdoor adventures, and I am a Lifeline counsellor.
Sarah Boyd
Sarah spent 25 years as an events manager (think Floriade and the Multicultural festival). After debilitating burnout she left to embrace her love of the great outdoors and all the wellbeing benefits it brings. She is a qualified outdoor activity facilitator, nature connection guide and founder of Latitude 55 Outdoors. She loves to help people to get outside and find their calm through mindfulness, nature meditation and somatic techniques. Motivated by her own adventures outdoors and how they helped her recover, Sarah is passionate about the power of time in nature to heal and connect us.

Jacqui Keogh
Jacqui spent 30 years as a psychologist before retiring and turning to her great loves of ceramics and outdoor adventures. She is a strong believer in the healing power of a great belly laugh and time spent in community with others. She scrubs up well for the gallery openings, but is just as happy dagging around and getting out in nature.
